By accessing or using RustyCordBot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RustyCordBot is a hosted Discord bot that connects to the Rust+ companion app and delivers real-time alerts, team tracking, and server information to your Discord server. The Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis for $5/month.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews each month on your billing date. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal or by contacting support before your next renewal date.
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for partial billing months or unused subscription time. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel before your renewal date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for accounts that abuse, misuse, or violate these terms — including but not limited to spamming, attempting to reverse-engineer the bot, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free operation. RustyCordBot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facepunch Studios or the Rust game.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RustyCordBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to in-game losses, server downtime, missed raid alerts, or data loss.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
